Neither Here Nor There
Neither Here Nor There, is centered on a group of young middle-class Malawian students who moved to Ireland to further their third level education. The artist’s work explores the difficulties with adapting to a new culture and of having to confront a stereotype. It draws on the misconceptions by juxtaposing the subject into environments where the stereotype is created.
