Prix Levallois Open Call

Open calls | 01 May 2015 - 31 May 2015

Every year The City of Levallois organizes the Levallois Prize to support young international photography, an opportunity to encourage and promote new talents. The Levallois Prize is open to young photographers aged 35 years and younger, of any nationality, and nominates one winner who will receive €10,000 and an exhibition at the Galerie de L’Escale in Levallois in October-November 2015.

This grant attributed every year to the winner makes it one of the world’s best- endowed awards in support of emerging photography. The jury will also select a Special Mention and a Prize of the Jury; both recipients will also be exhibited along with the winner of the Levallois Prize at the Galerie L’Escale. Welcoming any form of photographic practice, the selection of the Levallois Prize aspires to promote young photographers’ creative research, whether in narrative, aesthetic, technical or formal terms.
