Workshop description
The main goal of this workshop is to expand our notion about the many ways that exist to show a picture or series of pictures. It is a practical workshop in which participants will explore new ways of interacting with their own images into the space. After a session dedicated to photographic production, participants will focus the discussion on photo editing and approaching the possible ways of presenting the materials. The photos can be displayed as consecutive images of different shapes and sizes, but also explore ways to transform them into spacial or performative installations, or even into sculptural forms. As a culmination of the workshop all the photographic installations will be presented to the public on Sunday afternoon.
